Then add the leaves to your rolling paper and smoke. But remember, what ever herb you use, smoking is still smoking. I always have a whole flower + crushed flower option at hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong>\u00a0Did you know that you can actually\u00a0<strong>EAT<\/strong>\u00a0the Blue Lotus flower? I eat it sometimes after i&#8217;ve used it as a tea infusion. It tastes a bit like artisjoke. There are also some bitter parts, but I don&#8217;t care, I like eating the whole thing. \ud83d\ude06 Just letting you know that it is an option. \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong>\u00a0You can create a\u00a0<strong>tincture<\/strong>\u00a0from it by steeping it in vodka for 6 weeks, shaking it daily.
